Having lost a major sponsor of several years standing, we are very pleased to announce that Tadpole Training and Consultants has stepped into the breach and will sponsor this year's Junior Open.
Tadpole Training and Consulting is an independent training consultant providing bespoke courses across all areas of leadership, management and personal development. TT&C also facilitate one-to-one coaching programmes, providing support for executive development and performance enhancement. TT&C is run by Virginia Tunnicliffe who is an Ashridge Accredited Coach and a Fellow of the CIPD.
Virginia is well known to the Juniors, being a member of the Junior Committee and who produces a mean set of minutes to boot!
