A weather-delayed Junior Drive-In saw Lewis Chalk (our Junior Captain for this historic Centenary year) hit his drive, initially straight down the middle but then perhaps a shade too much draw at the end which took the ball towards the trees. However, a recorded distance of 207 yards is not to be sneezed at.
The winner of the Drive-In prize was Phil Bailey who managed to predict a distance only 9 inches away, so a worthy recipient of the £100 prize.
Here's to a good year for all our Juniors.
