Introduction
Dear members and guests,
Since leaving college I have worked most of my career at Robert Carriers -at Hintlesham Hall and also some time spent at Le Talbooth in Essex and finally moving to London working at the Dorchester in Park Lane.
I pride myself in enjoying my work with fresh food and ingredients.
My claim to fame was when I cooked for the Royal family, Glenn Close and Woody Allen at the Dorchester and also Sir John Mills at a function in Northamptonshire .
As caterers we have also specialised in dinner parties and weddings for local members.
